This show is all about efficient business, bringing together our community, and celebrating the industry we all love. We can promise you one thing…when you show up to Outdoor Retailer, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for discovery and connection.

The easiest way to register for the show is online, before you even get to Salt Lake. Be on the lookout for registration emails from Outdoor Retailer or go to outdoorretailer.com to register.
Registration is FREE for Retail Buyers, Importer/Distributors, Designers and Working Media until mid-December, 2022 - get it done early to save time and money!

Registration opens two days prior to Day 1 of the show. Insider’s Tip—Pick up your badge before the show starts to skip the lines:

*Make sure you bring your registration confirmation email (with the scannable barcode) or photo ID. If you haven’t registered and need to do that onsite, head to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
You’ll need to prepare your business credentials when completing the registration form. You can find the list of credentials here.
Yes you can, but they all need badges, and you’ll need to sign a waiver to bring your pup. Supervised children are allowed to attend with proper registration. The Salt Palace Convention Center provides a comfortable Mothers Room for nursing families and is available for all attendees to utilize. All other staff will need to be registered, including their credentials if they are new to the show.

Outdoor Retailer Match, a concierge-led matchmaking program, is the official communication tool for Snow Show 2023. Did you know that you can filter the online Exhibitor List by NEW? Just click the NEW button on the exhibitor list and that will show you the list of new brands at the show!
Take some time to study the floor plan before you arrive on Day 1. This will save you both time and energy trying to locate booths and prevent you from getting lost...and late for appointments. The fifth annual Outdoor Retailer Innovation Awards recognize the cutting edge and carefully considered new products and retail services from across all seasons. This year's winners will be unveiled live during an awards ceremony on the first night of Snow Show, Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in the Salt Lake Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency. All finalist products will also be on display in the Innovation Gallery throughout Snow Show.
Retail buyers who are challenged with attending due to overall cost are welcome to apply for housing assistance with our Scholarship program.
